This is to notify all that GOSPEL BOOK CENTRE 198803068845 (AS0097021-K), a conventional partnership, has now been converted into and registered as GOSPEL BOOK CENTRE PLT 202304002597(LLP0036548-LGN), a limited liability partnership under section 32 (1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 (the “Act”) on and from the 21st day of September 2023. Pursuant to the Act, the business, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations of GOSPEL BOOK CENTRE are now taken over by and shall be vested in GOSPEL BOOK CENTRE PLT effective immediately on the date of conversion stated above, without any changes to the terms of the contract and/or arrangement. GOSPEL BOOK CENTRE PLT shall continue to deal and trade with the concerned party/parties as if GOSPEL BOOK CENTRE PLT was the original party to the signed contract and/or arrangement with you.
